How to get involved

|

|
The Critical Transitions Project partners with local schools that sponsor one or more first
generation immigrant students to participate in a work-based internship and guided
mentoring. The school identifies youth who could benefit from the program and helps
facilitate those
students’ involvement. |

The Critical Transitions Project relies on partnerships with local organizations that serve as host
sites for students to perform job shadowing and internships. We partner with private businesses
and community-based organizations that can introduce young people to the
particular
demands, challenges, and practices of their workplace. |
